Solved:

1. Kill process GlobalProtect
2. Open terminal and write there :                 (In the first two lines, I was getting the error)

launchctl unload -w /Library/LaunchAgents/com.paloaltonetworks.gp.pangps.plist
launchctl unload -w /Library/LaunchAgents/com.paloaltonetworks.gp.pangpa.plist
launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchAgents/com.paloaltonetworks.gp.pangps.plist
launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchAgents/com.paloaltonetworks.gp.pangpa.plist

Hi @FUBLVCKMAGIK

If you are able to access the portal in a browser (to verify if the connection is possible), the first thing I would do is upgrade to 5.2.7 and then try again. If it still does not work, then continue with the troubleshooting.

Tanks a lot for answer, but my boss only gave me 5.2.6 version
Can anyone share a new version of GlobalProtect?

In this case maybe ypur boss can download the newer version from the paloalto support portal.

I think we are not allowed to upload it here ...

He can't (
I should to solve this problem with this version

3 days ago GlobalProtect worked well, then I uninstalled the antivirus and installed a new one
After that GlobalProtect stopped working

5.2.6 has issues and you should upgrade to 5.2.7. User session disconnects, etc...in 5.2.6 and the above issue that you are asking about are issues with 5.2.6

Running the 3rd line fixed the issue for me-- Ventura 13.2.1, Global Protect VPN 5.2.10-6
Now it prompts with our Active Portal and even works as expected after multiple system Restarts-- so whatever it did, jumpstarted something for me.. and it's working! Thanks.

Use the Activity Monitor to force quit and start again, if it still doesn't work, then you may need a cleanup tool to uninstall it completely and reinstall, You can refer to the uninstallation guide as follows:
