The official answer is as @kiwi described, by default it won't install on 22.04. That being said, if you know how to modify things you can get the official client to install and function correctly with a bit of modification. That obviously isn't officially supported and there's a few different issues you need to work through.
You could also take a look at https://github.com/yuezk/GlobalProtect-openconnect if you're willing to utilize a 3rd party client. I'd caution against doing so for obvious reasons, but I've verified that this works in a lab environment.
