Related to this issue here however the error code is different, Link here
Upon checking the logs:
(T5392) 05/15/17 10:55:32:387 Error( 51): Driver is not installed, reinstall it now!
05/15/17 10:55:27[Info 297]: Driver inf file is installed successfully.
05/15/17 10:55:31[Info 327]: Driver install component fails with error 0x80070002!
Virtual network adapter is not created.
However, i noticed that on the problematic computer, there are 5 Entries under NDIS registry key compare to my Workstation with working GP.
Did registry cleaner with CCleaner and problem still persist. Is it safe to delete the entries on the problematic PC.

GP 4.0
The computer had a working GP version 2.1 and then we upgraded to GP 4.0 and it failed to create the network adapter.
