Hi @sahithyan.subbu ,

@sahithyan.subbu,

So that warning message isn't saying that it's not compatible with macOS 11; just that it won't be supported in a future release of macOS, not THIS release. As @kiwi mentioned macOS 11 isn't officially supported yet (it's not officially out yet, so that's expected).

I'm confused, I thought that they changed the Architecture so much in Big Sur, that some apps are not supported.

Can somebody answer this:

What version of Global Protect is supported with MacOS Big Sur?

I am afraid to upgrade because I have Global Protect version 5.0.7

We've been testing MacOS using GP App 5.1.6, 5.1.7 and 5.2.3. They're all compatible with Big Sur (11), though it will be necessary to setup System Extensions in lieu of Kernel Extensions.

Note that the GP Portal/GW will see Big Sur as MacOS 10.16.0. The firewalls are at PAN-OS 9.09-h1.

I hope this helps.

Just to let everyone know that a Blog has been written to help address this question..

This helps answer the MacOS Big Sur support question.
