when you create a ldap profile by default
the group member attribute is defined to member
my question is
member for palo does mean "memberOf" for Ldap group attribute.
and in this way each autentication request is answer with all users nested groups

that group member is the attribute that contains the members of that group

Hi Panos
but
by default
the group member field is defined to member
and member is not a group for me is more a ldap attribute
for me that indicate in request that you need the enumeration of the user group membership.
do you agree?

member is not a group name
in Active Directory, this attribute is “member.”
