High availability when Dual-Homed to One ISP Through Multiple Local Routers

L1 Bithead

Hello,

I am looking for documentation on how to do dual home single ISP through multiple local routers in Palo Alto based on this cisco documentation here. I really appreciate if someone can shed some light on this.

Thank you.

Hello,

Since there are several diagrams in the link you shared, is this something you could sketch our using blocks? Could help us guide you.

Regards,

Please take a closer look on the section "Load Sharing When Dual-Homed to One ISP Through Multiple Local Routers"

Thank you.

Hello,

I take it you want to run Active/Active HA?

Regards,

It's not an Active/Active. The two Palo firewalls are in two different locations, they are connected via iBGP.

Thank you.

Any insight on this please?

Hello,

If you are using BGP, you should be able to set up BGP on the Palo Alto firewalls.

Regards,
