Anybody can help me as well?

I'm having the same situation.

I'm having the same issue. It seems like it started soon after an upgrade to 9.1.14, but I can't be sure.

Hello

I had the same problem and it was solved by blowing the equipment with an air blower, due to the accumulation of dust the circuits were generating higher temperatures.
By doing this procedure, the temperature dropped 10 degrees from what was marked in the alert.

I hope this helps you.

The critical internal temperature for a Palo Alto Networks firewall is different across platforms The information can be found using the "show system environmental" command.

Hello,

Also we have the same problem, we are planning to do maintenance as you did and advised.

Just for clarification, do you advise to do this action with air blower, is it better do it from both back and front ?

Thanks for your help by now,

Hello

It is correct with a air blower you have a good result.  It woud be on both sides, starting from the front.

Regards
