how to block apps mobile legends in security policy

At this time, Palo Alto Networks does not have this app in it's applipedia.  So you would have to take some PCAPs and try to identify this app in order to make a custom app which you then can use in your policy.

Another - maybe easier - way would be if you check the url logs and simply block the urls required by this iOS app.
