How to bypass proxy settings on firewall for WF500 files upload

Hello

Apparrently, firewall is using proxy settings (that are configured for dynamic updates) for uploading files to WF500 on port 10443. 

I want firewall not to use proxy settings for file uploading to WF500. How can I achieve that?

Possibly, it can be done by using a service route but I'm not 100% sure these will take precedence over the proxy configuration ... have you tried that already ?

If that doesn't work then I'm out of ideas for the moment 🙂
