How to disable url update failure message

We don't  buy URL License on our PA-2020 with PANOS 4.1.8, but we receive many url update failure message on PA-2020. Is there any way disabling url update?

This a good way to disable url update alarm message, but I cannot see nothing about URL in Dynamic updates. and I still receive the alarm e-mail notify as follow.

Hi all,

It seems only occur in HA environment.

I also can't found the "dynamic update" of URL in HA device so no possible to change it（schedule : 'None'）.

Is it a bug？
