Hello Community,
I have my PA2020 with issues. The device is booting from PanOS Bootloader.
What is the proceess to upload and install again the PANOS?.

I agree with santonic.
Looking at that log output I'm leaning towards a possible RMA.
Cheers !

We had a similar issue a while back and we replaced the PA2020. Internally, we had a discussion about replacing the traditional HDD with an SSD, hoping to improve performance when viewing reports and in monitor mode. And yes, we recognize the SSD will be 'wasted' on the pa2020 as the chassis doesn't support sata 3; we would still (in theory anyway) at least be able to max out the sata2 interface bandwidth.
Has anyone attempted to replace the traditional 3.5" HDD with an SSD (likely with appropriate mounting adapter)?

I've done it in a lab device and really didn't notice any differences as far as speed goes. I would throw a word of caution against running an SSD in any device like this though. The device constantly reads/writes files and in roughly a year the SSD (admitably not a high end one) was already slowing drastically before I replaced it with a normal HDD before it failed completely.
