Palo alto every month they include and release new applications. In this case the best is perform packet captures of the traffic that containt this app. With all this pcaps and the information, open a ticket to PA to request include the app. Maybe this application palo alto is recognize by other name.
Until, the other practice is create a custom application where you can identify the app until palo alto works in include the app.
