Inquire how to stop EDL updates from going through Proxy Server

I'm currently receiving Palo Alto updates via proxy server.
Device > Setup > Services > Proxy Server

I have now built an internal web server to use EDL.
I want to update EDL without going through Proxy Server.

I set EDL Source/Destination in the service route setting, but it is being updated through the Proxy Server.

Is it designed to follow the Global setting unconditionally?

at this time configuring a proxy in the system setting makes it a global setting for all system sourced connections
