Hi guys,
I've received an "Internal error" when trying to attempt to commit to applying policies changes.
"Internal error (module device) that's all I got.
Can you please help me with this?

Thank you for the post @RufoArraga
I would recommend to have a look into this KB: https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000PMb2CAG to see you can get more information from the logs what the root cause is.
Additionally, I would restart management process: "debug software restart process management-server". I would also try to compare running configuration against last functional configuration to see whether any change has triggered it.
Kind Regards
Pavel
