Tried to install pan-agent 3.1.2 in Win7 32bit workstation. Installation is ok, but after that I see "Please start PanAgent Service first" in the Agent Status (but the same time PanAgentService is running. I tried stop\start service, restart PC - didn't help)
So, is it supported? If not - when it will be supported? If yes - what's may be wrong in my config?

Hi Andrey,
Can you please open up explorer, navigate to the directory where the PAN-agent software has been installed. Once you are there, can you please select the .exe file, right click on it and run as administrator. This should resolve the issue you are seeing. Please let us know if this works for you.
Thanks
Manish

Hi,
The reason that it doesn't work is that Windows 7 and 2008 do not run app by administrator account by default. E.g. if you run cmd.exe in Windows 7 for some commands it will prompt you to run the cmd.exe by administrator account in order to execute the command successfully.
