Issue Reported in PANOS 10.2.7

L2 Linker

the client has been dragging a problem since version 10.2.4 and still sees 10.2.7. Currently the client is on one of the affected versions, PANOS 10.2.7.
This prevents users from being able to disconnect from Globalprotect via passcode or password, the client requires this functionality to be able to operate its remote users.

by any chance that you have an idea which version can solve this issue and when.

Any kind of information would be highly cherished.

What's the GP client version?  If Palo has identified this as a known bug, then there's nothing that can be done until they release a patch.

thank you for the reply , but my question is if there is a date or version in which it shall be solved.

L2 Linker

It is currently on Global protect version 6.1.1. and in the next few days the customer will upgrade to version 6.1.4. preferred version.

I got the answer. FYI

The internal Jira PAN-204689, for the mentioned issue the fixed, was target release under below mentioned
PAN-OS "11.0.1, 10.2.4, 10.1.9, 10.0.12, 9.1.16, 9.0.17, 8.1.25".
> As per engineering fix was already applied in this version and we are still seeing the issue. So we need to update the GP side to fix the issue.
> GP target fix version released under 6.1.2, 5.2.14, 6.2.1, 6.0.7
