Live Community Access Denied

Hey all,

 

When i attempt to access this link regarding a cert expiration, i get Access Denied;

Hi @ariane.benjamim ,

 

You will need to contact someone who is a super user within your company support portal. The superuser can add a user to your company account. Once that is completed, you will be recognized as a customer.

I will check this out and will feed back to you. Thanks for the help so far!

When i go to sign into the CSP it comes up with an error and when i attempt to contact Support it bring up the same error.

I am just looking to see which versions are affected by the Certificate issue and then i can ensure i am not on that version 🙂

Are other users within your org able to connect to the CSP successfully? or access the customer advisory?
