Received this high-alert message on a PA5220 (10.0.8-h4) this morning, "MLAV cloud error, all machine Learning engines stopped". Has anyone else received this message before? If so, what steps should I take to troubleshoot and resolve the message? Thank you.

Same here, since today. Really annoying that there is no response to an old problem.

Please Palo Alto, please add email rate limiting, I don't need 750 messages about MLAV: Unknown error, just a few would be nice. 😵

We are in the same situation...could you please let us know the root cause of the "MLAV: Unknown error"? and when it could be fixed?

Same situation here: MLAV: Unknown error. every 5 minutes. I'm glad you guys posted about this otherwise I'd think it was related to the upgrades I did yesterday.

No changes from yesterday (issues started around 4:30pm (ish) Eastern US TZ. I posted previously but have now opened a ticket with PA as no-one seems to have responded to anyone here. If I hear anything that's useful I'll update with another post here.
If any of you hear anything, I'd appreciate the same. 🙂
