Hi,
We have a IPTV multicast stream coming in on one of our virtual routers, and its working very well for all networks in this VR.
However, when we try to "route" this multicast stream to another VR on the same box, we can't make it work.
We have basically the same setup on this VR, except that we use "Remote Rendezvous Point" instead of the local.
Under runtime settings we see alot coming up, but no neighbors. Does anybody have a step-by-step guide on how to make this work?
PA-5020, v 4.1.6

John,
Please note that we do not support multicast routing and dynamic protocols between internal VR-VR routing. So what you are experiencing is as per design. If you need this functionality to be enabled, please contact your SE to submit a feature request,
Thanks,
Sri

That's very bad news. Do you think it will it cause conflict if we setup a local rendezvou point on the second VR and connect it directly to the IPTV box on a different interface?
The first VR is also directly connected.
