Hello
My customer has installed 'NetConnect' on Window 7 32bits.
It is failure with as below error message.
"Unable to extract installer Setup.msi Error: null"
Why does it display??
And How way does it resolve??

I saw same issue on my customer.
Please check your Java configuration, you can check it from control panel > java.
Then see the setting of Mixed Code.
If you are selecting three of four selection that says enable, you need to change it to disable.

Hopefully they followed the following instructions in deploying Netconnect
teps for Extracting the 3.1 .msi Files for SSL VPN using 1.2.0 NetConnect Client.
1) Download PanInstaller_x86.jar and PanSetup_x86.jar from server
https://<gateway>/ssl-vpn/jnlp/PanInstaller_x86.jar
https://<gateway>/ssl-vpn/jnlp/PanSetup_x86.jar
(replace "gateway" with IP of SSL-VPN gateway)
2) Unzip PanInstaller_x86.jar, and run InstallerSetup.exe
3) Unzip PanSetup_x86.jar, and run PanSetup.exe

I don't find this menu? Is there on Browser Menu or PaloAlto Menu???
