Hey everyone, wanted to ask for some help, I created a new user with wrong email for SSO, is there a way to eliminate this user it is not showing under manage users so I was wondering where I can edit that. Thanks

Hello @arces01 I have got in contact with our CSP team. They recommended disabling the user and notifying an admin to delete the email fully from the system. If you need help or cannot locate the email in question they stated to open a ticket with our support team and they can track down what they are seeing from the backend if needed.

Hello @mgordon I did end up contacting support for this. The action taken was to block the email from accessing but leaves me know worrying about it hearing your recommendation. Do you think it is necessary to take the recommended action you gave me?

I talked with support and they recommended that a Super User account can go to Members > Manage Users, find the user they want to delete, right click on the hamburger icon all the way to the right. and Delete the user
