New VM-100 throws error at commit

L3 Networker

Hi

We have imported a config from a PA500 into a newly installed VM-100 v8.1 (under vmware).  After having done some VLAN changes to interfaces, we suddenly started to get the below error message when committing:

Can someone point us in the correct direction to look for the culprit..?

Thanks a lot 🙂

regards Tor

@LCMember4427,

It looks like part of your configuration may have mentioned a Virtual Router that is not present in your VM-100. I would check that you actually have those matching up with what you had on the PA-500. If everything matches, attempt to remove any mention of anything that isn't set to VR "default" until you've actually committed the new VR and try to add it back in; it could be that the config is trying to validate the new VR reference before it actually "knows" about it.
