Hi,
I have a PA-500 with url and threat license and i need to manage office 365 traffic (redirect to a dedicated wan connectivity and manage bandwidth).
I need also to track and report the amount of Office365 traffic.
I haven't finded the application on the application list and traffic is detected as ssl.
What i must do to accomplish my goals?

We have an application for office 365 which is ms-office365-base
Please try implementing SSL decryption https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/docs/DOC-1412
https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/docs/DOC-2008
after which the app would show up correctly.
