PA-200 Multiple WANs

Not applicable

Hi,

I'm getting my second WAN line installed this week and need to integrate it into my current setup on my PA-200.

Ideally, I'd like the PA-200 to load balance between the two WAN interfaces so my initial thought is to add the new WAN interface into the current virtual router. Not having tried this on a PA box before, I'm wondering if there is a best practice guide to achieve this. Does anyone know of a good source of information to achieve this or have any experience in doing it themselves?

Thanks,

Stuart

Hello Stuart,

Please refer the following document and let us know if it helped:

How to Configure ISP Redundancy and Load Balancing

Thanks Kunal,

I'll work with that as it gives me a better idea. With that I could pass all my VoIP traffic down one ISP and keep the other for general Internet stuff. I'm assuming I could single hosts a couple of hosts and do all my public IP natting through one of the ISPs?

Thanks,

Stuart

Yes Stuart. That sounds like a good plan. On one ISP, you can NAT the inside traffic going out to the Internet and I believe on the other one, your VOIP traffic stays internal.

Kunal Adak.

Works like a charm. Thanks!

Stuart
