PA 3020 boot error

when i reboot this PA 3020

 

i see below on console

 

Starting pan_hardserver: [ OK ]
Starting pan_lunasa: mv: cannot create regular file `/opt/pancfg/hsm/export/': Is a directory

How can i fix this please?

Error: unable to connect to Sysd

 

That part is kind of alarming for continued operations. I would really recommend that you open a ticket with support and let them take a look at all of the logs to determine exactly what's going on.

Doing factory reset fixed all console messages

I would really recommend contacting support on this so that they can assist you with it and get all of the required diagnostic logs. Out of curiosity, does the PA-3020 eventually boot to the CLI or does it fail to give you a prompt at all? 

yes it give me a prompt after some time

i did factor reset and now it only shows
