PA-3220 after upgrade into 10.2.6

L1 Bithead

Experience applications flow issue, most of the sessions incomplete (i deleted all active sessions with no resolution), reboot, fail-over several times, no luck. I opened a ticket with Tech support for advance packet flow process analysis no resolution until this moment.

The odd is, it is one of HA pair experience this issue Active/Passive setup. (currently use 1 FW- single point of failure as other pair not function as expected)

My advice do not upgrade into 10.2.6 until Palo comes with quick solution.

i will keep you posted,

Hi @elmgbar ,

Not sure if it will resolve your issue but at the moment of this writing 10.2.6 is no longer the preferred release.
10.2.7 or 10.2.7-h1 both came out last month and are currently the preferred versions on 10.2.x

Hope it helps,

Kim.

Is there a reason why you upgraded to 10.2.6?  What PAN-OS were you running before?  Have you tried running a 10.1.X version and if so did you experience the same issue?

Yes, also both 10.2.X & 10.1.X (P) having logs issues as well. waiting for new release will be available in Jan/24 to fix the process stopping for log-receiver in local firewall.
