Every time I change the drop down to a different account and select cases or try and open a new ticket it always goes to the same account.
I have tried incognito and its the same.
Anyone noticing the same issue?

It sounds like you are talking about the Customer Support Portal (CSP).
Whenever I click on Support Cases, it brings up the cases for my default account. I can no longer view cases for my customer accounts. The behavior is the same whether I change accounts from the Support Home or from my name in the lower left menu. It started yesterday.
I sent an email to nextwave@paloaltonetworks.com this morning. I also clicked the Feedback button at the top of the Support Home page. I encourage everyone having the same problem to do the same so that PANW realizes how big a problem it is.
I can still view customer devices, users, etc.
