PA440 not booting

L0 Member

Hi everyone,

I have a problem after rebooting a PA440. The device simply puts a message on the console that no bootable media has been found and then shows a BIOS-like menu with several entries (boot manager, system setup etc.). However, if I select one of these entries, it asks me for a password - neither the serial number, MA1NT, admin nor the password I set seem to work...can anyone help?

Thanks!

sounds like your disk may be broken, it's best to open a support case and get an RMA in this case

Hi guy, I met the same issue, how can you fix it?

L4 Transporter

I had the exact same issue with PA 440

This meant the DISK is not working and we proceeded with an RMA

I hope this will help people facing the same issue.

Cheers,
