The License is required if you want to be able to have 3rd party clients or the iOS and android GlobalProtect

The OSX and Windows clients don't require a license to connect

Hello reaper ,

Thank you very much for your response I found also in this link the necessary licence of GlobalProtect (

https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/Configuration-Articles/GlobalProtect-Portal-and-Gateway-License...)  .

I'd like to know the paquet size that used to calculate the throughput of Palo Alto Networks. I search this information but I don't found it in the datasheets and documents of PAN. I found only same the results of NSS Labs analyse .

Could you please help me to get this information.

Thank you very much

As far as I know the listed throughput was achieved using an "imix" of regular internet traffic, so variable packetsizes. You can reach out to your sales contact if you have a specific use-case in mind where there could be a lopsided ratio of a specific packet size
