Hello,
We have received Palo Alto 3220 firewall with version 9.0.4 factory and we would to upgrade the firewall offline. The firewall will be deployed offline.
As per upgrade path, the Palo Alto will be upgraded to 9.1 . However on the support page>software upgrade, we have only the latest 10.1.0 or 10.0.0.
Can you please guide where to download previous version

I finally got the answer. The support for the particular type of device should be activated for the download for upgrades to be available.
