PAN-DB URL Categorization - Server Error (500)

L0 Member

Hi,

I an trying to make a change request for a URL on the support page.
I can fill in all fields, but when I press send, a server error (500 ) is shown.

Am I doing something wrong?
This has worked before.

best regards

Sven

Hello @SvenM

I am getting the same error. You do not do anything wrong on your side. Even though there is no reported issue with service: https://status.paloaltonetworks.com/ it looks like there is an issue with this side on Palo Alto side. I would try it again later.

Kind Regards

Pavel

Same issue here, thought to open a new thread and saw this one. Thank you for creating it. Hopefully someone from Palo Alto can see it and get it fixed. In the meantime, the only way is to add temporary exceptions in Whitelists.

It seems to be fixed now 🙂
