PAN-VM issues, support license not working

Good Day

The support license key seems to be invalid. It's weird because that is the license key I got when I registered it. But in the virtualization guide, it mentions that you have to apply a

capacity auth-code, even on the support site where I registered there is no capacity auth-code only the Threat Prevention and Support codes.

But I followed that to the letter, and all it needed was an image reboot and all is good



I was incorrect, after the reboot I'm still having the issue, I'm getting that the support license key is invalid.

Can I factory rest a PAN-VM? will that mess up the UUID and CPUID's?
