FileSharing site Pando.com has gone bankrupt as of August 31st, 2013. Since then the news aggragation website Pando Daily has taken over the vanity URL pando.com. Since we have a blanket filter for all "FileSharing" categories, our users can not get to the new Pando Daily url, pando.com.
Can Palo Alto review this site and remove it from the category of "FileShare" in Appepedia?

You can request a change of URL categorization at the following links:
If if you are using BrightCloud, Webroot, Inc.
If you are using PANDB, Palo Alto Networks URL Filtering - Test A Site
The application Pando, found in applipedia, is based on the type of traffic (the contents of the packets) and if the application is still being identified as Pando, then it is likely still filesharing traffic. If this is a case of a false positive, open a ticket with support and we will be able to get a bug filed for the content.

This is an applipedia issue. BrightCloud (URL2 Filter) has already updated this, via a ticket I submitted directly to them as a PAN OEM customer?! so no need to fix it on that side.
