L1 Bithead

Hi guys new here. The problem I'm having is my panorama will not upgrade. Of course I get the "requires a content version of 8529 or greater". I've look that up and found out I needed to download the latest content(APPS and Threats), did that but I get an error stated that encfilesize is 91802736. No matching apps package found. I'm have 2 new FWs that I want the panorama to mange, but the version on the FWs is higher than on the Panorama. I want to upgrade that Panorama first to the same version as the FWs before I connect them. Or should downgrade the FWs to the same version as the Panorama?

Hello @Myoung1

For Panorama, you only need to update the apps—there's no need for the threat update. Please try downloading just the apps again.

Hello @Myoung1

Before proceeding with the upgrade, could you please confirm if the Panorama you intend to upgrade has successfully pulled the required licenses?

Additionally, if you are encountering any errors during the process, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message?

Thank you,
