Where can I know how to setup the application SLA condition?
I read some Prisma SD-WAN Administrator’s Guide, I seen there are lot of function to enable Path selection and monitoring based on the Link Quality, SLA.
But how can I set the SLA of the application such as Packet Loss, Jitter, and Latency?
For example, I would like to setup access YouTube within 5ms Latency & 2ms Jitter, where can I defined these SLA?
If I cannot define it, how can I know the application SLA of Prisma SD-WAN ?

Thank you for the post @JoeKwok
when you login to Prisma SD-WAN portal, you will land on this page: https://portal.hood.cloudgenix.com/#home If you change the URL from #home to #advanced https://portal.hood.cloudgenix.com/#advanced you will see on the left hand side a menu with advanced setting. These options are hidden from the regular user interface. From here you can view and change default values for all applications. Take a look at: "App Performance Thresholds".
Kind Regards
Pavel

Thanks for your help.
May I know any document such as Administrator’s Guide to provide more configuration information for this advanced section?

Thank you for reply @JoeKwok
unfortunately, I do not believe that there is a such documentation that is publicly available. Prisma SD-WAN is an acquisition of CloudGenix. The coverage in documentation is from my point of view a bit behind what we are used to with other Palo Alto products.
Kind Regards
Pavel
