Problem to identify a user with accented character

I have problems to identify an AD user whose name contains accented characters:
User "SépotF" recognized as "sépotf"
Any suggestions?

What version of PAN and agent are you using?

UTF support is on latest version of PAN (as I remember)

Software : 4.1.11

Agent : 4.1.7-2

Please go to support page and check changelogs for last few releases - there must be information about UTF. I'm without support at the moment and I cant to it for you.

Thanks for your answer, but it seems there are not yet an appropriate hotfix for accented character in an AD username.
