Public Cloud Server certificate validation failed. Dest Addr: wildfire.paloaltonetworks.com, Reason: self signed certificate in certificate chain”. Require assistance to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

Make sure that you aren't decrypting the traffic via a decryption policy. If so create an exception so that this traffic isn't decrypted.Try to disable the checkbox at validate update server identity" and mark the root cert that you use of decryption as trusted root certificate. Hope this helps.

If you create a decryption policy exception you don't have to uncheck the "validate update server identity" checkbox or and you don't have to mark the decryption root cert as trusted root.
