Hi All,
Is it possible to use QoS and Realtime bandwidth monitoring capabilities, while in a TAP only configuration?

No. Tap mode allows you to pasively monitor traffic in your network by way of a switch SPAN or mirror port. You have visibility to the traffic, but are not in the flow of traffic and therefore cannot shape it.
