Hi @raymond.chay ,

Here is the release guidance page where you can find the current "Preferred" releases for every PAN-OS version:
https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/customer-resources/pan-os-globalprotect-amp-user-id-preferred-r...

Since 10.1 and 10.2 are both hitting EOL later this year, I personally wouldn’t sink the time into those trains. My take is that you're better off jumping to 11.1.13 or 11.2.10-h3—these are the current recommended versions and will give you a much longer runway.

You can use the Skip Software Version Upgrade feature to go directly to 11.1 without having to step through every intermediate base version (which was the old way ... and is still possible).

You can determine your direct upgrade path here:

https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/pan-os/11-1/pan-os-upgrade/upgrade-pan-os/upgrade-the-firewall-pan...

And check the step-by-step upgrade process here:

https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/pan-os/11-1/pan-os-upgrade/upgrade-pan-os/upgrade-the-firewall-pan...

Hope this helps,
