Hi @khaled.mohamed ,

 

The first supported PAN-OS for the 3400 series is PAN-OS 10.2, so PAN-OS 10.1.x is a no go.

 

Looking at the software release guidance page PAN-OS 10.2.9-h1, 11.0.4-h2 and 11.1.2-h3 are preferred releases.

Depending on the features you're planning on using you might prefer one over the other.
