I have used VM-Series Next-Generation Firewall Bundle 1 (sold by Palo Alto Networks Inc.) in AWS for learning purpose . But its charged me $320 that I can't afford. amount automatically deducted. I contacted with AWS and they waived off their billing part. But, they suggested to get in touch with Palo Alto so that PA can approve and send the form to AWS. Accordingly, AWS can initiate refund to me.
Any help highly appreciated.

You need to reach out to your account team (barring an account reach out to sales), the LIVE community isn't the right place for this.
FYI,
Getting this charge reversed may be hard. You activated the instance and appear to have actually been using the firewall; learning purposes or not, you rightfully owe both AWS and PAN money for the services you consumed.
