Refund request for VM-Series Next-Generation Firewall Bundle 2

I have used VM-Series Next-Generation Firewall Bundle 2 (sold by Palo Alto Networks Inc.) in AWS for learning purposes. But it charged me $1,887.32 that I can't afford. In the beginning, When I use these services, the web tells me these are free services for 1 year .and not tell me the VM-Series Next-Generation Firewall Bundle 2 has 15 days-trial. So, I use these services by I don't know need to pay. Could I reduce some payment?
I contacted with AWS and the support servicer tell me refunds must be sought from the seller directly.

2. The billing period(s) for requested refund(s):$1,887.32 for 2020/06 , $177.50 for 2020/07
3. The name of their product as it appears on your bill: VM-Series Next-Generation Firewall Bundle 2

This forum isn't going to be able to help you with that sort of request. Do you already have a working relationship with PAN? If not, your best bet is probably reaching out to sales and seeing if they know how to properly direct your request.
