We cannot use the LIVEcommunity public forum for joint troubleshooting of active support cases. Sharing this type of information publicly is a significant security risk.

 

  • Case Number: Support case numbers are private and should only be used when communicating directly with your assigned TAC engineer via the Customer Support Portal (CSP) or via email.

  • Meeting Link: Publicly sharing a link for a private troubleshooting session is a security breach and should never be done on a public forum.

Please contact your assigned TAC engineer directly via the email chain or the Support Portal. They will manage the meeting logistics securely.
