Replacement of RMA

L0 Member

We received the replacement firewall against RMA 03878548 and would like to hand over the old firewall device.

Could you please confirm:

  • Whether the old device needs to be returned.
  • Return shipping address and contact details.
  • Any shipping label or AWB that needs to be used.
  • Whether any accessories (power supplies, rails, etc.) should be returned along with the device.

Please share the return instructions and required documentation so that we can proceed accordingly.

Hello @I.Technology

thanks for post!

Below are KBs related to RMA return. Could you please refer to them? They cover most of your questions.

How to request RMA Return Instructions

RMA Defective Device Device Return Process

Regarding your last question whether accessories should be included in return, every time I was doing RMA I shipped everything back including power supply and rails. If you still have doubts, I would confirm content of return in the RMA Support Case ticket.

Kind Regards

Pavel
