SYSTEM ALERT : critical : max registered-ip for the platform reached (1000)

Searching the objects, we have only 746. I'm not being able to find so much information about this.

I’m trying to open a support ticket, but the system won’t allow me to create a new case. Whenever I attempt to submit a request, nothing happens and the ticket is not created.

I've checked the known issues for this version but haven't found anything. Can anyone help?
