SAML login remove lock (superuser?)

L3 Networker

When I am logged in via SAML, I noticed that I was not able to remove other users' locks.  Seems like this may be because I am not a superuser?  Is there any way to make a SAML-authed user be a superuser?

Hi @AaronAxvig ,

You can specify the administrator type as a superuser while using SAML as the authentication profile.

Thanks for the clue--I was able to configure the Admin Role setting in the Okta application setup (on Okta admin website) to be 'superuser' and that worked.

So superuser seems to be a "built-in" admin role that can be specified, besides the custom ones that can be configured in the Admin Roles settings.

I can confirm that adding the attribute 'superuser' in Azure SAML corrected our issue as well. We were using 'Superuser' and not getting what we needed.
