Rule to allow access for group of IP addresses

New to PA.  I'm looking to create a rule to temporarily allow access to any url for a group of IP's.

You can create a test rule with source and destination IP and in Security profile options for URL filtering choose as none.

But remember this is not recommended as those users can access certain url's under URL Category  like c2c, malware etc which can cause issues.

So my recommendation is to use URL filtering profile in the security policy.
