Have you tried clearing your browser cache? are other browsers on the same laptop properly showing the GUI?

clear cache did not help, chrome and firefox works just fine.

login via the dedicated mgmt port.  If I roll back to 731,  i can login it again.

Here is an update from TAC,

This is to provide you with an update that the development have identified the exact root cause of the issue and a potential fix. The fix will have to go through the QA cycle before it is ready to be released. I will keep you posted with the updates.

Hi All,

We are experiencing this on two sets of Firewalls running 733/734 on 7.1.11.

After authenticating and the "creating administrative session" prompt we are met with a blue screen on Safari only. In the web inspector there are a number of errors

[Error] TypeError: Pan.reg is not a function. (In 'Pan.reg("Dashboard",Pan.dashboard.DashboardViewer)', 'Pan.reg' is undefined)
    (anonymous function) (dashboard.javascript:33)
    Global Code (dashboard.javascript:33)
[Error] TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'Pan.common.CommonViewerConfig.fieldConfig')
    Global Code (objects.javascript:2:322)

Is there any update from TAC?

Still waiting for TAC..   We just use other browser as the workaround.

Just got an update from TAC,   That seems to work...  I still want to know what changed to cause the problem..

This is to provide you with an update that the fix for this issue has been integrated with PAN-OS 8.0.x. You can upgrade to any 8.0 version and it should fix the problem for you. Alternatively, we also have a potential work around if you do not wish to upgrade to 8.0. Please find the work around details below:

- upgrade to the latest Safari version 11.0
- https to a FW/Panorama using the new version of Safari (11.0)
- You can then click show details
- Then click on “visit the website” link and you get the Mac OS prompt.
- From there you update your settings and you get the Login screen for the PA GUI.
- You login and everything displays properly.

Please note that the above process is required only once per device. Please let me know if you have any other questions/concerns.
