Hello Friends,
I have a question considering your valuable openinion regarding remote support applications.
For financial issues I am moving to use an Open source "RustDesk" for remote supprt in my company.
I can see that the application has its app-id in the paloalto application DB which is encouraging, but since I will install this on many laptops in my company for remote support I wanted your valuable recommendations regarding it.

Hi @MRamadanAHafiez ,
I would create a specific security policy using the rustdesk app-id allowing only rustdesk admins to access the group of laptops within your company. I think if your AD/IAM team creates proper RBAC along with the specific security policies you create, you'll be in a good place to support this.
