show management-clients

L1 Bithead

Hello -

I've been seeing something that doesn't give me that warm and fuzzy feeling.  When I log in via SSH and execute the command show management-clients, I'm seeing that the status is in INIT.  I've verified that no jobs are in process.

If I do a commit force, the status goes to P2-OK, but goes back to init after a minute or two.

I'm seeing this on several PA boxes ranging from PA-200 up to PA-5020 running 5.0.5, 5.0.6 and 5.0.7.  Is this something I need to be concerned with?  I believe the dagger and keymgr are supposed to be running in init, it's just the others that I'm worried about.  Thanks for any insight.

That command allows Support to help identify which daemon/process is encountering an issue upon a commit. It will be in an INIT state when there are no pending commits. Status quo in that state.
